四烯雌酮对初产母猪分娩率、产仔数和仔猪初生重的影响

摘要:为研究四烯雌酮对初产母猪分娩率、产仔数和仔猪初生重的影响。选取已配种的后备母猪8头作为对照组(母猪不饲喂四烯雌酮);另选取已配种的后备母猪13头作为试验组(饲喂四烯雌酮15 mg·d-1·头-1,连续饲喂14 d)。结果表明,对照组和试验组母猪的分娩率分别为87.5%和76.92%,产仔数分别为7.83头和9.20头,仔猪体重分别为1.20和1.06 kg。对照组母猪产仔数和仔猪初生重与试验组相比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。但对照组母猪分娩率和仔猪初生重均高于试验组,而产仔数低于试验组。说明四烯雌酮能提高母猪的产仔数,但不能提高母猪的分娩率及仔猪的初生重。

Effects of Altrenogest on Farrowing Rate, Litter Size inPrimiparous Sows and Birth Weight in Piglet

四烯雌酮是一种水溶性的口服用药,其以类似于天然孕酮的作用机理来抑制促性腺激素的释放,从而使家畜达到同期发情的目的。四烯雌酮不仅有使母猪同期发情的作用,还有增加仔猪的初生体重、仔猪数量,减少木乃伊胎的产生,提高母猪的分娩率,及防止母猪早产、断奶后背膘过厚的作用[1]。在早期的四烯雌酮对后备母猪或乏情母猪的同期发情研究当中,我们取得了一定的研究进展,已经确定四烯雌酮对母猪的同情发情有很好的效果[2]。本试验研究四烯雌酮对母猪的一些繁殖性能的影响,以确定四烯雌酮对初产母猪分娩率、产仔数和仔猪初生重的作用。
1 材料与方法
附表四烯雌酮对后备母猪繁殖性能的影响
注:同列数据肩标不同小写字母表示差异显著(P0.05)
由附表可知,对照组母猪的妊娠率、分娩率、仔猪初生重和死胎数均分别高于试验组,产仔数低于试验组。两组妊娠母猪都能正常分娩,并没有出现流产或死亡现象。试验组母猪的产仔数和仔猪初生重与对照组相比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
